When I started running back in 2015, I had zero clue what I was doing.

Like nada.

I didn’t know about the run/walk method, or to get properly fitted for shoes, or that what I ate before my run would impact how the run went.

I had zero running friends & had no clue about running blogs, or FB groups, or anything.

It was a bloomin’ tough slog. I would lace up post-work 3 times a week (I’d still be wearing my work pantyhose under my sweats to stay warm – coz it was winter in Toronto & I had no idea about what runners wore to keep warm), and every single time I stepped out my front door to run was mentally & physically hard.

But it doesn’t need to be that way.

Learning to run can be fun and enjoyable and oh so satisfying.

Which is why I have created something pretty special and wanted to let you know about it now so you have first dibs on the limited spots.

Zero to 5K Run Club

Oh my gosh, I’m so excited for you!

As a participant of this virtual program, your experience of learning to run will be night and day to mine.

Firstly, you’ll never be alone with your accountability hype-up group chat for support, inspo & cheering each other on. Plus, we’ll have Q&A calls every 2 weeks.

Secondly, you’ll have a training plan that slowly builds up your running intervals each week so you’re not gasping for breath or have a face that is as red as a tomato (both were my experiences)!

And thirdly, you’ll be learning good habits and creating a solid foundation that will set you up for success post-Run Club. You’ll be training smart…unlike 2015 Gillian who was injured CONSTANTLY!
