How it works

Here’s how we’ll set you up for success on your running journey to 5K:

Training: A 12-week 5k training plan that gently increases your fitness and supports you every single step of the way.

Consistency: You’ll run 3 days a week – you select the days that fit best with your work/life schedule.

Accountability: Keep committed to achieving your running goal with access to your accountability hype-up group chat, a kickoff call, as well as bi-weekly Q&A calls with Coach G.

We’ll have an accountability hype-up group chat for support, inspo and cheering each other on, as well as Q&A calls every 2 weeks.

Participants

If you can walk for 15 minutes & you would like to be a runner, then this program is perfect for you. Also this is an online program so you can be anywhere in the world.

A one-off payment of $111 CAD.

When I first started running, I didn’t know what I was doing. I had no idea about gear, that there was such a thing called the run/walk method, or that I didn’t need to be gasping for breath during each run.

Every step of my training was hard, but crossing the finish line of my first 5k race was the biggest rush.

FAQs

How do I know if I can do this?

If you are able to walk for 15 minutes then you can do this! We will use the run/walk method which slowly builds up the amount of time you are running.


What is the time commitment?

You’ll have 3 runs a week, so aim to have 3x 30minute time slots in your calendar each week. In addition, there will be live bi-weekly calls with touch points throughout the program for accountability.


Do I have to sign-up for a race?

Nope, you don’t have to. However, having a race to work towards is a great motivator, and also a fantastic way to celebrate all your hard work over the 12-weeks as part of the run club.
