I only discovered the wonders of Epsom salts a few years ago – and now a week doesn’t go by when I’m not chilling in the tub to help relax my muscles and loosen stiff joints. But not only does it help after a strenuous workout, it can help to draw toxins out of the body, improves the immune system, and relaxes the nervous system.
You are in a training cycle, but you are due to go away on a vacation/business trip; what do you do with your training while away?

We’ve all been there, a run that is a struggle from start to finish. Our legs feel like lead. Every step feels like it could be the last before tumbling to the ground in a heap. These are the runs where we prove to ourselves that we are strong and capable.
Boy oh boy, this morning’s run was one of these tough runs, and in fact my husband was feeling the same way, so at least we were both on the struggle train together.
