YOU NEED THIS ONE SIMPLE THING IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE YOUR RUNNING GOAL

Have you watched AIR (the Nike & Michael Jordan movie)? If you haven’t already I highly recommend you do coz wow, wow, wow!

The story has nothing whatsoever to do with running, but it was an incredible example of believing in yourself and what you are working towards.

So my question to you today is, do you believe with 100% certainty that you will achieve your running goal?

If you don’t believe in yourself and your goal, then I’m sorry to say it’s likely gonna be a bit of a bumpy ride. 

What is it that you don’t believe in? Is it that:

  1. you haven’t achieved the distance/pace before so you don’t have the evidence to confirm it will happen this time?
  2. you aren’t really in love with the goal you are chasing?
  3. you have achieved it in the past and it was hard/challenging so you think it will be the same experience this time around?
  4. your brain is just being mean?

Maybe it’s one of these, or perhaps it’s something completely different. Here’s my recommended next steps….
