In this free, honest, and beginner-friendly webinar, I’ll walk you through how to start running without feeling like you’re failing from the start.

No fancy gear. No unrealistic plans. No pressure to “push through”.

Just a fresh approach that actually works for real, busy, brilliant people like you.

Tried to start running before...
and just ended up frustrated, sore,  or convinced it's not for you?

LET'S CHANGE THAT!

You’ll leave this 45 minute call with practical steps, a big sigh of relief, and maybe — just maybe — the belief that you can be a runner.

  • Why running feels so hard at the beginning—and how to make it easier

  • The most common mistakes new runners make (that no one talks about)

  • How to stop hating every step and start feeling proud of yourself

  • What to do when you feel slow, self-conscious, or unmotivated

We'll talk about:

If you think you’re "not a runner", trust me, I get it.

I was that kid who faked sick notes to get out of PE. In my twenties, I chose Netflix marathons over real ones, and the idea of sweating on purpose? Absolutely not.

When I finally decided to start running, I had no clue what I was doing.

I got injured constantly. Every run left me exhausted. I didn’t know what to eat, what to wear, or whether LSD was a training method or something illegal (spoiler: it’s both.)

But I stuck with it, and over time, I discovered a way of running that didn’t rely on punishment, pressure, or perfection.

Now, I coach runners who never thought they could be runners — to build confidence, consistency, and a real love for movement.

If you’re starting from scratch (or starting again), I promise: you’re not too late, too slow, or too anything.

You’re just early in the story. And I can’t wait to help you write the next part.
