WHAT IF YOU TOOK STEP ONE TODAY EVEN WITH YOUR BRAIN TELLING YOU IT'S NOT THE RIGHT TIME TO START SOMETHING NEW?


Movement can be anything that raises your heart rate or gets your body active for 31 minutes — walking, running, dancing, yoga, outdoor games, strength work, swimming, ice skating, stretching, gardening, cleaning out your closet, tennis, football, etc. If you can do some of it outside, even better, but indoor movement fully counts too.


January offers a blank slate - it's a perfect month to start fresh. The 31-minute daily target is long enough to make a difference, but short enough to be realistically doable every day. The combination builds habit, confidence, and momentum.


Nope, no fancy gear required. Comfortable clothes and shoes (if you’re outside) are enough. If you want to use resistance bands or dumbbells, that’s fine; but the challenge is fully accessible without any special kit.


Totally fine! Bad weather, illness, busy work/life schedule — we all have those days. When you can’t get outside, adapt: do indoor movement, or split the 31 minutes across smaller sessions. You still win by showing up.


You’ll receive daily emails with prompts, motivation, and encouragement. There’s also a welcome pack loaded with resources to help you plan your movement, stay motivated, and enjoy the process. AND there is your accountability crew in the private community group cheering you on every day.


Many participants notice they feel more energised, more confident, and proud of having built a daily movement habit. Also improvements in mood, maybe better sleep, often more motivation. It sets you up to continue moving forward after January.
