The goal of this fitness challenge is to move your body every single day for 31 minutes per day.

Pick whatever forms of movement you enjoy and that feel good for your current fitness level. I encourage participants to get outside for as many of the 31 days as possible.

By the end of this challenge, you’ll feel empowered, confident, and proud of yourself for showing up every day. You’ll have created a daily movement habit that is perfect for you!


Well, 31×31 sounds cool for starters!

31 days – in my experience as a coach, I find it takes a month of movement for participants to get into their groove. The first week or 2 they are finding their legs so to speak, and it can take time to really start to notice and feel the mental & physical shifts.

31 mins – I love the idea of doing “one more”, so rather than 30 minutes I’d love for you to get into the habit of achieving one more win. And just one extra minute of movement per day adds up to 31 extra minutes a month! That’s like a whole extra workout just by tagging on one extra minute each day!

Nine months after Karen started 31×31 she ran a half-marathon in 2 hours and 16 minutes!

You’ll receive your challenge welcome email almost immediately, this will contain your workbook with all the info you’ll need to set yourself up for the next 31 days. Then hang tight, you’ll receive your first 31×31 email the following day.


At various times throughout the year, the challenge includes an accountability community component, outside these months, 31×31 is a solo challenge. Doors are currently closed for 31×31 WITH community.


Totally, focus on moving your body every day of this challenge for pleasure. Don’t stress about setting goals, the perfect goal will find you.
