The goal of this fitness challenge is to move your body every single day for 31 minutes per day.
Pick whatever forms of movement you enjoy and that feel good for your current fitness level. I encourage participants to get outside for as many of the 31 days as possible.

Well, 31×31 sounds cool for starters!
31 days – in my experience as a coach, I find it takes a month of movement for participants to get into their groove. The first week or 2 they are finding their legs so to speak, and it can take time to really start to notice and feel the mental & physical shifts.
31 mins – I love the idea of doing “one more”, so rather than 30 minutes I’d love for you to get into the habit of achieving one more win. And just one extra minute of movement per day adds up to 31 extra minutes a month! That’s like a whole extra workout just by tagging on one extra minute each day!
