This 10k Run Club is perfect for you if you...

Whether you’ve recently achieved a 5K distance (perhaps you completed the Zero to 5K Run Club) or want to improve your skills, this 10k Run Club will help you learn to comfortably run 10K.

Keep committed to achieving your running goal with access to your accountability hype-up group chat, a kickoff call, as well as bi-weekly Q&A calls with Coach G.

You’ll run 3 days a week – you select the days that fit best with your work/life schedule.

How 10k Run Club works

Participants

We’ll have an accountability hype-up group chat for support, inspo and cheering each other on, as well as Q&A calls every 2 weeks.




Community

This cohort is currently closed for new participants as it started in mid-July. Join the waitlist to be notified of the next group.

Timing

If you can currently run 4k (whether using the walk/run method or not), then this program is perfect for you. Also this is an online program so you can be anywhere in the world.

When I first started running, I didn’t know what I was doing. I had no idea about gear, that there was such a thing called the run/walk method, or that I didn’t need to be gasping for breath during each run.

Training for my first 5k, 10k, half-marathon and marathon was hard because I didn’t know what I was doing and I wasn’t part of a community.

Which is why I’ve created Run Club.

You don’t have to struggle like I did coz you’ll have all the information you need AND be part of a super supportive community.

Trust me, if I can do it… so can you!


If you are currently able to run 4k (whether using the run/walk method or not) then you can do this!


You’ll have 3 runs a week (2 shorter distances and 1 longer), so aim to have 3x 30-75minute time slots in your calendar each week. In addition, there will be live bi-weekly calls with touch points throughout the program for accountability.


Nope, you don’t have to. However, having a race to work towards is a great motivator, and also a fantastic way to celebrate all your hard work over the 10-weeks as part of the run club.
