This 10-week online zero to 5K Run Club

Running 3x a week, this learn to run online program will help you build up your endurance to be able to run 5K / 3miles and become the runner of your dreams.

Consistency is absolutely key to learning to run (as is listening to your body, which we talk about a lot in Run Club).

Your training plan contains 3 runs for you each week, it is completely up to you which days, times & routes you run.

Every Run Club runner uses the same 10-week 5k training plan, so each week you’re all running the same runs.

The training plan has been created to gently increase your fitness and support you in running further & for longer every week.

Run Club is going to help you be a 5K runner in just 10 weeks!


Here's how we'll set you up for success.


If you are able to walk for 15 minutes then you can do this! We will use the run/walk method which slowly builds up the amount of time you are running.


You’ll have 3 runs a week, so aim to have 3x 30 minute time slots in your calendar each week.


Nope, you don’t have to. However, having a race to work towards is a great motivator, and also a fantastic way to celebrate all your hard work over the 10 weeks as part of the run club.


Running shoes are a must and a high-impact sports bra is highly recommended if you need one. Sure, you can have moisture-wicking gear and a water bottle, but it's not necessary.

The best part about Run Club is the community, if it wasn’t for the community I don’t think I would have made it

Run Club, what can I say about it? It was THE most wildest journey that I have ever gone on and never thought I would be doing in my wildest dreams.

I wasn’t a runner, any time I ran I always got a metallic taste in my mouth (turns out that I was running too hard) and I’d get cramps and I’d go too hard, too far, too fast and then suffer for days after. Run Club gave me the ability to give running a go in a slow paced way.

And the best part about Run Club is the community, if it wasn’t for the community I don’t think I would have made it. I would have tried it and probably would have given up. But they held space for me, they held space for my wins, my aches, my questions and I am so grateful for them.

If you are thinking about joining Run Club you should do it. Even if you just have the tiniest inclination that you want to run it is so worth it.

I got more confident in being able to go longer and further than I expected to.

Part of why I joined Run Club was I wanted to try again. I have tried to run many times in my lifetime and it never worked for me, but I wanted to try again with a coach. Somebody who would help me stay accountable to myself.
