Which type of runner are you?

No matter what distance you’re training for the first time can feel scary and overwhelming, but it doesn’t need to be this way. This new experience can be fun. Give anxiety a vacation and allow 1:1 coaching to support you in achieving a new height.

Runner 1, we’ll focus on all training factors that come with this new distance, including gear, nutrition, run types, mileage, mindset & identity.

If you are returning to running after a short or long break, 1:1 coaching can help you return to running in a healthy way.

Runner 3, we’ll heavily focus on mindset work to ensure trickster brain isn’t putting you down for where you are today vs where you were pre-break.

Returning after a break


If you are completely new to running it can feel like a physical battle as well as a mental one, but it doesn’t need to be this way. Learning good habits is key as well as listening to your body to prevent injuries. Focusing on mindset will also be key from day 1 to shhh trickster brain (or the inner critic!) to help you continue running strong when your brain tells you to quit.

It can be frustrating as heck when your training dial stops moving…however being frustrated won’t be helping your runs or how you feel about them.

There are a lot of running coaches out there, and you could pick any number of them. What’s different about me?

I’m not a super lean runner, I’m an everyday athlete with health challenges. I use all my knowledge and personal experience to help my clients tap into what their body is telling them. This ensures they are training smart in a way that is right for them!

I also treat every single one of my clients as best friends – we cry together, laugh together and celebrate together.
