If you are completely new to running it can feel like a physical battle as well as a mental one, but it doesn’t need to be this way. Learning good habits is key as well as listening to your body to prevent injuries. Focusing on mindset will also be key from day 1 to shhh trickster brain (or the inner critic!) to help you continue running strong when your brain tells you to quit.
