Karen joined 31×31 in January 2023. Prior to joining the challenge, Karen didn’t do any intentional movement. With the accountability of 31×31 she started enjoying showing up for herself, trying new forms of movement, and loving the journey she was on.
Nine months after Karen started 31×31 she ran a half-marathon in 2 hours and 16 minutes!
