Nine months after Karen started 31×31 she ran a half-marathon in 2 hours and 16 minutes!

Nothing bad. Missing a day doesn’t mean you’ve failed. Life happens. The real practice is learning to return.


Absolutely. If you can walk, stretch, dance, garden, or move in a way that feels good for your body, you can do 31×31.


Self-trust grows when we keep small promises to ourselves. Each time you follow through, confidence builds.


Movement can be anything that gets your body active for 31 minutes — walking, dancing, yoga, gardening, and more.


You can split the 31 minutes into smaller chunks. The goal is finding a rhythm that fits your life.


No special gear required. Comfortable clothes and shoes are enough.


You’ll receive a short daily email with prompts and encouragement plus a workbook with planning tools.
