Yeah, absolutely! Each week you’ll receive a customised weekly running plan in TrainingPeaks that Coach G adjusts based on how you’re currently feeling, how your runs went last week, and what work/life looks like that week.


As much as you need! I’m in your pocket (through an app called Voxer) to help with mindset wobbles, fueling questions, motivation when things get tough, and celebrating the shit out of you when you crush a run!


How long do you want it to take each week? I could say most runners spend 3–5 hours a week on running-related activities (including runs), but as we are focusing solely on you, the amount of time you spend each week is personal. The coaching support fits around your schedule - we focus on sustainability, not overwhelm.


Nope. While other running programs focus mostly on the training plan, The Runner Identity Project is holistic! We focus on your mindset - how you feel about yourself as a runner, what your beliefs are around being a runner, and how you see yourself as a runner. We dive into fueling so you can run physically & mentally strong. And then of course, you’ll get a weekly customized running plan. In this Project, our main focus is helping you feel like the runner you already are - from the inside out.


Don't you fret! Life happens, we'll work around what's going on with you. We'll do mindset work on letting go of the guilt of "missing a run" and chat about what is possible for you to do. The Runner Identity Project is created around YOU, so you'll have a training plan that works for you.
