We are talking a step-by-step plan personalized to YOU & YOUR RUNNING GOAL.

Nothing about this is ‘off-the-shelf’, we work together to design a training plan that takes into account where you’re currently at with running, where you want to get to, how much time you can dedicate to training each week, and your race goal.

The Deets 👇

  • Your plan is completely customised to you – miles, kilometers, walk/run method
  • Plan duration:
    • A 5k or 10k = 12 weeks.
    • A half-marathon or marathon = 18 weeks.
    • A challenge (for example, a RunDisney multi-day challenge) = 18 weeks.
    • These include 2 weeks post-race recovery runs.
  • You have the option of having your training plan in pdf format or accessed through TrainingPeaks (a free online training app)
  • If you select the TrainingPeaks option, it’ll be set up for your training to start on your preferred starting date.
  • Once you purchase this plan you will be sent an email with details to schedule your 1-on-1 with Coach G to discuss the creation of your training plan.
  • After you’ve discussed your training with Coach G, you will receive your personalized training plan within 4 business days.
  • Once you’ve received your training plan (in pdf format or via TrainingPeaks), then it is yours to follow; no additional changes will be made to this plan.
  • As this is a digital product, it is not eligible for a refund.
