How is it almost the end of August already? This summer has whizzed by! The temperatures seem to be cooling down a little which I am SO thankful for. I forget each year how horrid it is to train for a half/full during the hot summer months.

Not only are they serious #couplegoals, but they are raising money by running 250km around New Zealand in support of the National Parks Foundation. Where has the summer gone? I feel like I was just starting (and re-starting) Seawheeze 2018 training, and now we are in week 10 – THE RACE IS IN 4 MORE WEEKS!!!! YIKESSSSS!
