We’ve all been there, on a run that just plain old sucks. Whether it’s mental or physical, it can be a struggle-train run. You could throw in the towel and walk home, but sometimes it’s […]

SMILE – I find, no matter how miserable you are feeling, if you smile it can really help trick your brain into thinking that all is good.
GUEST BLOG #7 – Why do you run?
Hello!
This week’s blog is brought to you by my good friend Kyla aka earlybirdrunner. I first got to know/creeped on Kyla from the #RunDisney tag on Instagram; she was running the Dopey Challenge (4 races in 4 days) at Walt Disney World in January 2018 – I was running the marathon. Later on, I found out she was doing this as part of her year long birthday celebration. And since then we’ve hung out in real life, and this girl is incredible! She is so inspirational, she is a machine! Recently not only did Kyla take part in a 50km race, she came first….not first female, first OVERALL winner!!!!
GUEST BLOG #6 – Why do you run?
Hey everyone. Hope you are having a lovely week.
This week’s guest blogger is the fabulous Jenny (fueled by cocoa). The three things I can tell you about Jenny (apart from that she is a runner!) is she always wears AMAZING running gear, she can get herself into some very impressive yoga poses, and she is by far the best I’ve ever seen at jumping and taking a photo!
