GUEST BLOG #11 – Why do you run?

Hello!

I’ve mentioned before that I love doing these guest blogs because, well, in a nut shell, I am nosey.  I love finding out how other people got into running, and what motivates them to get out there time and time again to crush their goals. Not just that, but I like discovering more about them – stuff that you may miss from a social media post etc.  Let me introduce you to Saskia, who is this week’s guest blogger. She is a runner and has a fabulous collection of photos on her Instagram page which you should definitely check out. The discovery I made recently about Saskia is we live both live in Victoria, BC!  I love how social media opens up the entire world to you, but it’s also brilliant when you come across someone that is close to home; who knows, I may have even run past her at some point.

GUEST BLOG #10 – Why do you run?

Hello!

How is it almost the end of August already? This summer has whizzed by! The temperatures seem to be cooling down a little which I am SO thankful for. I forget each year how horrid it is to train for a half/full during the hot summer months.

This week’s guest blog is the fabulous Alexis and Terran from Parks and Perspiration. You have got to check these guys out!  Not only are they serious #couplegoals, but they are raising money by running 250km around New Zealand in support of the National Parks Foundation.
