Is this in-person or virtual? It’s virtual (you’ll be sent the weblink once you have registered) so you can be anywhere in the world and attend.

I’m new to running, is this right for me? This is geared towards ALL levels of runners. So whether you are brand new to running or have been running for years, this will be perfect!

If I sign up and miss the session is it recorded so I can watch it back? None of the GMacSpurr Coaching sessions are recorded for participants’ privacy. Feel free to sign up for a new date/time in order to catch a new session.

I am already working with a coach, will the information in this session be relevant to me? Absolutely! Even if your coach does include mindset within your program, it doesn’t hurt to attend to learn something new.

I’m not sure if I need to come as I’ve been running for years and think I’m ok with my mindset, would it be worth it? Well, if you want to have fun and perhaps learn some nuggets you didn’t know before, then absolutely!
