I’m new to running, is this right for me? This masterclass is geared towards ALL levels of runners. So whether you are brand new to running or have been running for years, this will be perfect!
I am vegan/gluten-free/nut free/dairy-free/insert dietary restrictions here, will this masterclass suit me? ABSOLUTELY! Regardless of dietary requirements, this masterclass will give suggestions of foods to try.
If I sign up and miss the session is it recorded so I can watch it back? None of the GMacSpurr Coaching sessions are recorded for participants’ privacy. Feel free to sign up for a new masterclass date/time in order to catch a new session.
I am already working with a dietician/nutritionist, will the information in this masterclass be relevant to me? Unless your medical professional is also a running coach, attending this masterclass would ABSOLUTELY be relevant.
I’m not sure if I need to come as I’ve been running for years and think I’m ok with my nutrition, would it be worth me coming? Well, if you want to have fun and perhaps learn some nuggets you didn’t know before, then absolutely!
