Unfortunately, it can be hard not to compare, especially with social media showing us the highlight reel. Ugh!
The trick to staying focused on your goals and dreams is staying in your lane. Keep your eyes forward focusing on what you are doing. Becoming distracted by what others are up to is a waste of time and energy for you… and it can lead you down a path of self-doubt, feelings of inadequacy, and low confidence.
I know it’s so easy to read this, but it is much harder in real life to not compare yourself to others. Staying focused on what you are doing and the progress you are making (celebrate the shit out of that!) will keep you true to what your heart dreams.
