For this week’s topic of ‘Showing Up’, I knew that I wanted to reference a strategy from Jesse Itzer. It’s fantastic; it will change the way you view your ‘free’ time. I saw this as part of a post or webpage or email, it was accompanied by a great graphic, but on searching, I couldn’t find it ANYWHERE (I guess I thought it was more popular/widely spread than it actually is).
So, instead, I am going to point you in the direction of this site, where it outlines 2 of Jesse’s life strategies – learning to respect time and eliminating the fluff.
Give those 2 short articles a read and tell me that it doesn’t light a fire in you to use your time wisely and show up every day for your goals, your dreams and yourself. We don’t have an infinate amout of time, so when we dreams and goals, it’s so important for to show up for them.
