3-INGREDIENT WATERMELON MOCKTAIL

A simple 3-ingredient watermelon mocktail to liven up any summer event.

Ingredients are watermelon, lime juice (optional) and sparkling water.

In this video I mention I had read that watermelon can help with muscle soreness if consumed the day before a hard workout. I put it to the test by running a half-marathon the following day, and no muscle soreness at all! I’m no doctor or scientist, but I am sold!
