What’s the book I’m recommending for epic inspiration for achieving your goals?

CAN’t hurt me: master your mind and defy the odds‘ BY DAVID GOGGINS

WOW! This book is inspiring, motivating, and completely mind blowing. I don’t buy many physical books these days (trying to live more minimally) but this book definitely deserves a spot on my book shelf.

Without giving too much away, David has such mental strength, pushing through physical pain and mental discomfort when most people would quit. He is so resilient and focused on the goals he sets out to achieve. What a machine!!

Now, as much as his book inspired and motivated me, I don’t agree with him pushing through physical pain i.e. continuing to train with broken bones. I want to be able to move my body for the long term, so I will always pull back when in pain and focus on healing the injury, before getting back to crushing my goal. So please, don’t take this mindset with injuries; physical pain is your body’s way of telling you something is wrong.

Oh and please, please, please, do foam rolling!!!
