A playlist can really make or break a workout, so whether on a run or doing a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout on my balcony, I have been really enjoying these tunes to get me pumped, in the zone, and pushing hard. In fact, I’ve been enjoying them so much, that I often repeat the song over and over again for my whole workout!
With Britney featuring heavily on social media right now I’ve been listening to a lot of her classics – they really are epic workout tunes!
