At this time of year I LOVE making all the delish treats! I am a firm believer in eating good quality foods, and when you make treats at home, with real ingredients, you know exactly what has gone into what you are eating.
The treats in this booklet are all intended to be naturally gluten free and plant-based, however, I do outline some substitutions that could be made to reflect personal preference.
A lot of these recipes have a holiday twist to them, but really, once you remove the peppermint extract, candy canes, and pumpkin spice, they can be enjoyed all year
round.
